Budget and plan

From your brief, develop a detailed plan including all costings for items such as venue, travel, speakers, catering, equipment and recreational/social programmes. Once agreed we implement the plan on your behalf keeping you fully informed of progress.

Locate venues

Assist in finding the most appropriate venue for your conference or meeting.

Organise Event

Let us take the load - everything from detailed planning with timings, responsibilities and end-of-conference review. We will ensure everything runs smoothly enabling you to concentrate on the business of the conference.

Look after your delegates

Every need can be catered for including transport, accommodation and dietary needs.

Take care of travel arrangements

We can arrange for transfers from any arrival point to the conference site and also confirm any ongoing travel arrangements during the conference.

Prepare information packs

Services for writing, translating, designing, printing and creating information packs for delegates.

Organise equipment

Provide audio-visual equipment to meet speakers' requirements.

Transcribe the event

Record proceedings and provide a transcription service as required.

Mix business with pleasure

In contrast to the business side of the event we can arrange social events for delegates and/or partners including visits to historic sites, theatre trips or shopping excursions.

Handle PR
